1. Data we process

What you send us when you use AI

Prompts & inputs

The text, images, files and instructions you send to models, including chat messages and generation requests.

Generated outputs

The content models produce for you (text, images, code, video), which are stored in your account.

Conversation history

Session and chat history so you can resume prior work and manage projects.

Account & billing

Account details, plan, credits, usage and payment records processed via our billing provider (Chargily).

Device & technical

Basic technical data required to operate the service — IP, browser, usage and performance information.

Nothing else

We do not collect more than is needed to run the service. We do not buy or resell personal data.

2. How prompts are used

Processing, providers and training

Your prompts and inputs are processed to produce the output you request. Depending on the feature, this may involve sending your input to a third-party AI model provider to generate a response.

Training on your content: We do not use your prompts or generated content to train our models unless you explicitly opt in and we obtain separate consent. Where a third-party model provider may use inputs for their own training, we aim to select providers and contracts that minimize or prohibit this; this is disclosed per integration.

Safety & abuse prevention: Inputs and outputs may be processed — including by automated systems and, in limited cases, human reviewers — to detect abuse, fraud, policy violations and security threats. Content that violates our Terms may be blocked or removed.

3. Storage & security

Where data lives, and how it is protected

We store account data and AI-generated content for as long as you need the service, or as required by law. When you delete content or close your account, we take reasonable steps to remove or anonymize it, subject to legal retention and billing-record obligations.

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the data processed, including access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring. Infrastructure runs on our own and partner systems; details of data-residency options for enterprise deployments are provided as part of an on-premise or dedicated engagement.

4. Your rights

Control over your data

Depending on applicable law (including the GDPR and Algerian Law 18-07 on personal data protection), you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email privacy@dzcloud.ai.

Data controller: EURL DZCloud, Algiers, Algeria. We are responsible for the personal data processed through this service.
